2.产品保用条款

· 我司所有的产品对由于原材料和生产工艺缺陷而造成的损坏，自产品出厂之日起保用一年。但因使用不 当、超载、改装错误而造成的损坏责任除外。

· 经我厂认可的因质量而退货的产品将获得免费更换。（运费和安装费用由客户自理）

· 本保用条款仅对产品本身而言，不含有其他的承诺，即明示或默示保证。

· 这种保用补偿仅限于合约上的免费更换，我厂不负担其他责任，包括因事故、相关损失或特殊损坏等产生的责任。

Terms of Guarantee

· For all products from our company, for the problem of material or flaws of production technics,  we guarantee one year's exchange for the false product from the date the products leave the factory. But except for the responsibility of unsuitable usage, overloaded or mistakenly refitted. 

· The product that is admitted to be the quality problem will be exchanged for free(freight and the cost of installation excluded). 

· This terms of guarantee will be applicable only for products itself, without any other specific or suggested promises. 

· And this guarantee for free exchange is applicable only for those products mentioned in the contract, but not the other responsibility including the problem incurred by accident and relative destroy and specific destroys, etc.
